protecting your personal data. This privacy
notice provides information on how
A Z Environmental Services (referred to in this
notice as "AZ", “we” or “us”), collects and uses
personal data relating to users (referred to in
this notice as "you") of AZ’s services.

1. Who are A Z Environmental Services?
A Z Environmental Services acts as the data
controller for the purposes of the Data
Protection Act 1998 & 2018 and the EU General
Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) regarding
the use of your personal data as described in
this privacy notice.

2. What data do we collect?
We may collect the following personal and
non-personal information from you when you
contact us or use our Services:
• identity and contact information such as name,
age, email addresses, telephone numbers;

correspondence;

other sources. This may include the following:
• publicly available information, from sources
such as Companies House and the Electoral Roll;

to our use of your personal data by signing up
to our Services, or because it is in our

collect to provide the Services. However, we may

purchaser of A Z Environmental Services’s

seller or buyer involved.

physical records, which are maintained by us
and/or our service providers. Whilst A Z
Environmental Services is based in the UK, our
service providers may have servers which are
located overseas, where the laws may not give
the same level of protection to personal data as
within the UK.
By submitting your personal data, you agree that
we may transfer, store or process your personal
data. We will take all steps reasonably
necessary to ensure that your personal data is
treated securely and in accordance with this
privacy notice.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information
via the internet is not completely secure.
Although we will do our best to protect your
personal data, we cannot guarantee the security
of your personal data transmitted to our website
and any transmission is therefore at your own
risk. Once we have received your information, we
will use strict procedures and security features
to try to prevent unauthorised access.

7. Removal of your details
You may request removal of your personal
information or opt out of marketing
communications from us at any time by sending an
email to us at info@azpestcontrol.co.uk
We may, however, retain certain anonymised
aspects of your personal details for our
internal business purposes such as maintaining
records of our dealings with you and analysis
and statistics. Also, any data required for
health and safety purposes, for examples,
completed Environmental Health Certificates.
8. Access to your details
If you would like to access a copy of any
personal data which we hold about you, or if you
wish to change your consent regarding email
marketing communications, please send a request
by email or by post using the appropriate
contact details in section 10 below.
You have the right, in certain circumstances, to
object to us processing your personal data or to
request that your personal data is corrected or
deleted. Please contact us to discuss this as
required.
9. Handling children’s data
A Z Environmental Services does not collect any
information about anyone under the age of 18
years. Children under the age of 14 should not
provide their personal data to us for marketing
purposes.
