Amazing Service! Contacted Mike this morning at 9am and told him my problem with a bees nest. He said he would try and get round the same day but I was fine for him to come round the day after. But he came the same day quick reliable service as so affordable and cheaper than the Council I couldn't be happier! Thanks Mike great service!

Wasp removal - A to Z were fast and very efficient in removing a wasps nest when I called them. I also used them when I had a rat problem a 18 months ago which they sorted out and have since done quarterly visits keeping on top of the problem. Can't Recommend them highly enough as they know what there doing and won't rip you off. Thanks Mike & the team

Excellent Customer Service - excellent initial phone support. Arrived within an hour to my property. Had a rat problem! Which is usually a big issue. Patched everything up, gave great advice and been given a follow up appointment for free. Prices were also much lower and advice much better and genuine than other places I rang. Will be using again in future for all my other properties.

Excellent service! No more pigeons! Thanks to this company I know longer have annoying pigeons in my loft. Mike came highly recommended and I'm so glad he did as he was amazing. After the initial phone call explaining my pest problem, he came round the very next day with no delays and seen to my pigeon problem in my loft. And he could see where they were getting in as there was a tile missing from my roof, he then temporarily blocked the gap in my roof to stop them getting back in at no extra charge! Amazing and quick professional service and I would definitely use this company again. Very reliable and friendly. Thank you again!

Brilliant service. This company is exceptional. Mike came out tonight , at short notice (after hours )and treated the infected areas in our house. He was quick and efficient , as well as courteous. He explained what he was doing, and gave us useful advice after he had completed the work. I would highly recommend this company. A first class service.

Best Customer Service we've experienced. We were absolutely blown away by this company. We've unfortunately had rodents somehow move into our loft space and have spent a lot of money with various pest control companies to try and eradicate the problem, but with no luck. We contacted Mike after seeing his positive reviews and are so glad we did. His first email response was full of such helpful, advice. He then took time out to come and visit our home free of charge where he gave us guidance on our next steps. Usually at this point most companies would try and wind the customer back to paying for their service - but Mike was more focused on how we could eradicate the problem, whether it involved him or not. Mike has given us more helpful information in the one short visit he made than all of the companies put together. If he can help so much in just one free-of-charge visit then we have no doubt that this company is worth every single penny!

Excellent Service. Would like to thank Mike for a very professional service in removing our squirrel pest. He gave sound friendly advice on the phone and when he arrived he accurately assessed the pest problem and implemented a resolution. Mike arrived within 30 minutes of us reporting the catch and then allowed further time to make sure the problem had been removed completely. We have used A-Z Environmental Services twice now for different houses and both times Mike has quickly and successfully removed the different pest. A reasonable up front fee was charged and no hidden extras. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Service - This was the only company prepared to come out late on a Saturday afternoon. They were with me in half an hour and sorted the problem straight away.
They also provided me with lots of useful advice and made me feel so much better about the problem. Can't praise them enough.

Mike is a godsend - Called them yesterday over a case of bedbugs and they had a man over immediately. Mike was friendly, great to talk to and very intelligent - he lead me through every step in detail, which made me feel very comfortable knowing the job was getting done by a professional. Often hear horror stories about companies taking advantage of people and half-assing a job just for money, so it was refreshing to have someone like Mike come in and go the extra mile and do such a thorough job, for a great price too. He even said I could call them up again if I have any worries or see any bugs - but I guarantee I'll have neither. Couldn't recommend these enough, absolute lifesavers. I woke up this morning worried and stressed, but tonight I'm going to sleep like an angel. From me and Simone, thank you Mike and AZ.

Wonderful Service - THANK YOU Not only are AZ very professional they're also very nice people too. We had a wasps nest under the eaves in our roof space which they dealt with it very quickly and thoroughly even though access to it was not easy. Although the nest was gone one or two stray wasps kept returning to the site and AZ came out again at no extra cost to spray around their old access access points to deter them. I have no reservations in recommending AZ Environmental Services as friendly and efficient pest control experts.

5 star Service - We went with A-Z Environmental Services after reading the reviews on Yell and we were not disappointed. Mike was efficient, friendly and professional and dealt with our wasps nest within a couple of hours from making our initial call. He even took the time to hose down the flag stones to clean away the white powder residue from dealing with the wasps nest. 5 star service.

Stunning Service - thank you. Mike answered the telephone himself and quoted a price which has half of what the only other business to answer the phone at 8pm quoted. He was then with us in less than half an hour and sorted the wasp nest we had in minutes. Stunningly quick and personal service. GREAT SERVICE!! We found this company after trawling the internet for help to kill our bees nest in the loft !!! Mike the owner was with us within the hour...explained everything regarding the bees nest and how he could help!!! To our relief they were dealt with quickly...... will definately use again and recommend to our friends and family! Reasonable rates as well!
